The Panman Classic: 

Added to a base of onions, garlic, Bomba rice, chicken stock, saffron and smoked paprika is a selection of locally produced chorizo and smoked bacon, the dish is finished with prawns, mussels and our
craft smoked chilli paste HOOT

Note: we are aware of shellfish allergies so prepare the mussels in a separate pan and add at service.

PanMan Vegetarian:   

Added to a base of onions, garlic, Bomba rice, vegetable stock, saffron and smoked paprika is a selection of roasted red peppers, celery, and mushrooms, the dish is finished with artichoke hearts and flat leaf parsley.

Note: This recipe is vegan friendly and gluten and dairy free.

Meatballs: 


Beef and pork meatballs served on Creamy Sage potato gratin,finished with a tangy tomato sauce

To satisfy your sweet tooth...   

Crema Catalana

Spanish citrus and vanilla custard finished with a poached peach

PAN MAN Pricing

PAN MAN pricing starts at $550.00 plus gst. This provides the Pan Man classic and vegetarian if required for groups up to 40 people.

For pricing on groups above 40 please enquire for a quote. 
This pricing is relevant to Wellington, The  Hutt Valley and Porirua

PAN MAN is available to travel outside of these areas for an additional cost per Km from Wellington CBD to the venue

What's included

PAN MAN provides Paella chefs and both recipes at all functions.

We produce a large version of our "classic" and a smaller version of the "vegetarian" both are garnished with a fresh wedge of lemon and topped with the PAN MAN'S own famous "HOOT" sauce.
We present the Paella on sustainable, disposable wooden plates designed to be comfortable in your hand with an accompanying fork and napkin.

We are happy to provide our equipment subject to availability for Wellington school and charitable fundraising with basic tuition provided free of charge.

We can also provide ingredients and a chef at cost with profits to your school or charity.
